Mastermind Sessions for Managers & Deputies

Early Years Managers & Deputy Managers – quick question…

Do you ever feel like managers are expected to have all the answers when it comes to staffing, Ofsted, curriculum and leadership?

Running an early years setting as a manager can sometimes feel quite lonely.

You’re managing staff, preparing for Ofsted, supporting children, dealing with parents… and often there’s no safe space to ask questions or talk things through.

That’s exactly why myself and Racheal are launching small Early Years Mastermind sessions.

These sessions will be a supportive space for Managers and Deputy Managers where you can bring real challenges and get practical guidance.

During the sessions we’ll support you with:

• Staffing and leadership challenges
• Ofsted inspection readiness
• Curriculum and quality of education
• Learning the toolkit
• Any situations you’re dealing with in your setting

Because these are mastermind-style sessions, we are limiting them to just 12 people, so everyone has the opportunity to ask questions and receive support.

Once the spaces are filled, registration will close.

Cost: £50 per month
What’s included: 2 sessions per month
When: Tuesdays (every other week)
Times available:
• 9:30am – 11:30am

These sessions will help managers stay up to date with Ofsted requirements, new regulations, and key HR updates, which they can then take back and share with their teams.

If you think this could be valuable professional development for your managers or deputies, please let me know and I will send across a payment form to secure their place.
